Radancy, an American company that sells talent-acquisition software to large employers, has acquired myInterview, an artificial-intelligence hiring platform founded in Israel. Radancy said the purchase extends its agentic AI Talent Acquisition Cloud with automated candidate-facing and recruiter-facing agents intended to speed up hiring, cut costs and free recruiters from routine work.

myInterview is used by more than 170 companies worldwide and handles AI-driven screening, video interviews, scheduling and candidate engagement. Radancy said the combined product will slot into the systems employers already run, including applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Teams. “By combining Radancy's global scale with myInterview's automation expertise, we're redefining the future of talent acquisition,” said myInterview's chief executive, Benjamin Gillman.

What the buyer says it gets

Radancy's own announcement, issued on 9 September 2025, said the combination removes more than 90% of manual tasks and cuts time-to-hire by more than 70% for myInterview's customer base, spread across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Its chief executive and president, Michelle Abbey, framed the logic as freeing recruiters rather than replacing them: “We're ushering in a new era where AI eliminates inefficiencies, drives stronger hiring outcomes and frees hiring teams to focus on what matters most: creating meaningful talent connections that power business forward.” Those numbers are the companies' own and have not been independently audited; Radancy repeated them on its corporate blog the same day.

A record year for Israeli exits, with a shrinking average

The deal landed in the busiest year Israeli technology has had. Exits (mergers, acquisitions and flotations) reached $58.8 billion across 84 transactions in 2025, against $13.4 billion across 53 in 2024, according to PwC Israel's annual report as covered by the Times of Israel. Google's $32 billion purchase of the cybersecurity firm Wiz accounted for most of the jump; strip it out and the total still doubled, to $26.8 billion.

The shape of the market matters more here than the headline. Average deal size fell 40%, to $160 million from $268 million, as the number of small acquisitions under $50 million rose, Calcalist reported, and PwC counted 22 acquisitions of companies less than three years old, nearly half of them AI-focused. American buyers accounted for 51% of transactions. A mid-sized purchase of an established Israeli-founded AI product by a US software group is, in other words, the typical 2025 deal rather than the exceptional one.

The sectors tell the same story. Cybersecurity produced the largest number of transactions, at 19, while financial technology led on value at $16.4 billion; a separate AI and cloud category accounted for 20 deals worth $1.5 billion between them, Calcalist reported. Artificial-intelligence companies, in short, changed hands often but at modest individual valuations. Seven Israeli companies also floated in 2025, at a combined valuation of $14.6 billion, against six the year before that raised $781 million between them.

What was not disclosed

Neither company published a purchase price, and the announcement gave no figures for myInterview's revenue, headcount or valuation. It did not say whether the myInterview brand will survive, whether its research and development team stays in Israel, or what happens to its existing customer contracts. No completion date or regulatory condition was mentioned.
