A family confectionery in Shchuna Dalet, open since 1964 in the shop where it began, known for its millefeuille cake, savarin and tarts.

Konditoriat Martin was opened in Shchuna Dalet in 1964 by Martin, a Holocaust survivor who learned confectionery in Romania, and his wife Janet, and its site says it still stands where it was founded, run today by his son and grandson. The shelves hold the legendary millefeuille cake made to grandfather Martin's original recipe, a savarin with a nostalgic taste, a series of prize-winning tarts, desserts, pastries, cookies, birthday cakes and sourdough breads, with vegan and sugar-free lines. Besides the flagship on Avraham Avinu Street it has a branch in the Emek Sara industrial zone, and it delivers within Beer Sheva from its online shop. Haaretz included it in a 2023 tasting of the best hamantaschen in Israel, by the bakery's own press page.
