Ivri BaPark is the Beer Sheva branch of the Ivri family's dairy, set on the lake in the Beer Sheva River Park, with an indoor room and an outdoor area looking over the stream. Its stone taboon turns out hot pizzas and crisp calzones with boutique cheeses that, by the family's account, have been made for three generations. The dairy began in the early 1950s, when David and Louisa Ivri came from Iraq to Moshav Azarya and made cheese from the milk of their cows, sheep and goats; their son Eliyahu and his wife Shula turned it into a business, and their children added the taboon kitchen. The café opens at 9:00 from Sunday to Thursday and closes at 16:00, except on Tuesday and Thursday, when it stays open until 22:00; on Friday it opens from 8:00 to 14:30.
