A Beer Sheva family nut roastery whose factory shop in the Emek Sara industrial zone sells roasted and candied nuts, dried fruit and party trays.

Aluf HaPitzuhim began decades ago in the family's storeroom at home, by its own account, and then opened a small shop in the heart of Beer Sheva. Today it runs a factory with production, packing and distribution departments, where it makes roasted and candied nuts, granola and dozens of other products, sold to private and business customers and at points of sale across the country. Its site invites customers to the factory shop on HaBdil Street, and it has a second shop on Avraham Avinu Street. Its site says every product is kosher under the Badatz Beit Yosef.
