The Carmel Market branch of Uzi-Eli the Etrog Man's juice shops, known for drinks made with etrog

Etrogman is the Tel Aviv branch, at 18 Hillel HaZaken Street in the Carmel Market, of the juice shops of Uzi-Eli, the Etrog Man. Its site says he is the third generation of a family that made healing drinks, natural remedies and cosmetics, and that for more than 20 years he has worked from recipes based on the teachings of Maimonides and old Yemenite medicine. The shops sell fresh juices, many of them with etrog, shakes and fruit bowls, alongside natural extracts and skin care made from etrog. The family's other shops are in Jerusalem: the main one in Mahane Yehuda, one on Ben Yehuda Street and one in the Jewish Quarter.
