Haahuza Catering was set up in 2006 as the catering company of the Haahuza event halls, which its site says have hosted celebrations since 1987, and it cooks meat dishes for events and for Shabbat in Jerusalem and the area. Its prepared-food shop at 2 Derekh HaShalom in Abu Ghosh opens every weekend, on Thursday from 12:30 to 17:00 and on Friday and holiday eves from 08:15 to 14:30, and its site says the dishes are prepared in front of customers. Its online shop lists 139 dishes: salads by the tub, stuffed vegetables and vine leaves, chicken and beef dishes, fish fillets, rice, soups and Shabbat staples such as cholent, gefilte fish and chopped liver, with dishes for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-allergic guests.
