HaMakom Shel Aba (Dad's Place) is a neighbourhood pub at 2 Metsada Street that has been running since 2013, and its site, written in the voice of 'Aba', says the small pub became the burger-patty power of the Shomron. Its kitchen serves burgers from 160 to 440 grams and a vegan burger, sandwiches, salads, tortillas, fried starters and an aged Argentine entrecôte, with cold draught beer, wine and cocktails. Every week it stages stand-up nights together with the Stand-Up Factory of Tel Aviv, live music, parties and an open stage and jam session, and it hosts private events of up to 80 guests inside and on its outdoor area, with a separate room for smaller groups. Its site quotes a Ynet list that included it, praising its classic burgers and its sloppy joe. It opens from 18:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 21:30 on Saturday night, and also delivers and sells takeaway.
