Dunyazad's site explains the name as world (dunya) and food (zad), and presents it as a chef restaurant that gives familiar dishes a new reading with ideas from around the world. Through the open kitchen diners can watch the taboon and the grill: meat, fish and seafood, schnitzels grilled or baked in the taboon, cuts sliced in front of the table and osso buco from the taboon served on a small grill, with a tasting menu and chef's desserts made on the spot. The room mixes Turkish, Italian and French design, with Oriental music in the background and hookah, and it takes private and business events of up to 60 guests.
