A Balkan home-cooking restaurant on HaAliya HaShniya Street in the centre of Azor, serving weekday lunches and ready food for Shabbat on Fridays

Savta Lina is a restaurant of Balkan home cooking at 43 HaAliya HaShniya Street, in the centre of Azor. Its site says the dishes follow recipes decades old, with fresh ingredients and slow cooking, and that Grandma Lina, who is 90, brings the cooking of the kitchen she grew up in; the home page dates the family's cooking to 1972 and the about page to 1971. The pots hold stuffed vegetables, chicken roasted or cooked in sauce, slow-cooked meat, fish baked or in sauce, salads and soups, with rice, potatoes and pasta on the side. The tables are open from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays it sells traditional dishes ready for Shabbat to take home. It also delivers, and caters family events such as a Shabbat chatan or a brit.
