Al Safi Kitchen is a grill restaurant in Barta'a, one of the three villages of the Basma local council. Its Wolt page lists skewers of kebab, veal or lamb, three to a plate at 100 to 130 shekels, and three schnitzels at 70, each served with hummus, Turkish salad, corn, tahini, chips and two pitas. Cooked plates come with rice and warm yogurt: veal goulash, kebab in tahini or in tomato sauce and a young chicken stuffed with rice at 50 shekels each, lamb cooked on the bone at 60, and tripe and offal at 80. The sides include a peasant salad, a rocket salad and aubergine in tahini, and the dishes are named in Hebrew and Arabic. Its Wolt page takes orders from 9:30 to 21:30 every day except Friday.
