Almera is a boutique hotel on the first line of the beach at the north end of the Bat Yam promenade, with the open sea in its windows and the light rail's Rothschild station about 100 metres away. Its rooms and suites are air-conditioned and modern, and some have a private balcony facing the sea while others look over the city. A continental breakfast is served each morning in a dining room on the gallery floor, hung with paintings by Nachum Gutman and other Israeli art. From Wednesday to Saturday it offers massages in a treatment room, and the surfers' beach and its surf clubs are a few steps away.
