Its site says each branch makes its own sauces, shapes fresh burgers every day and cuts its chips from fresh potatoes and sweet potatoes, with no flavour powders or monosodium glutamate in the kitchen. The branch is kosher, opens from 11:30 until midnight on most weekdays, closes at 14:00 on Friday and reopens about an hour and a half after Shabbat ends.
