HaGalil Street, Moshav Be'er Tuvia, Be'er Tuvia

A family goat farm and boutique dairy in moshav Be'er Tuvia, with a dairy shop that sells the cheeses and yogurts made from its own herd's milk

Meshek Shmueli is the farm of Yaeli and Nir Shmueli, third generation of Be'er Tuvia's founders, who raise a herd of goats and run a boutique dairy on HaGalil Street. Its site says Nir left eleven years at IBM, at 36, to return to farming, and Yaeli later left her work in education; the goats are milked once a day, and every step from milking and cheesemaking to wrapping each cheese is done by hand. The shop beside the dairy sells soft and hard goat cheeses, labneh, feta, Circassian cheese and yogurts made from the farm's own whole, pasteurised milk without preservatives, with olive oil, honey, spreads and crackers alongside, and visitors are invited to meet the animals. A press article its site reprints counts 14 kinds of cheese, and orders placed on the site are collected and paid for at the farm shop.

These are the dairy shop's hours on the farm's own site. The regional council's tourism site gives Sunday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00 and its business index 9:00 to 18:00; all three agree on Friday until 14:00 and give no Saturday hours.
