Havaya Yechudit is Druze hospitality in the Dabour family's private villa in Beit Jann, which looks out over a pastoral mountain view. The cooking is led by Amal Dabour, who learned traditional Druze cooking at home and blends in the Lebanese dishes she learned from her grandmother and her mother, who comes from Peki'in. Its site names mansaf, some fifteen kinds of cooked salads, mujadara and stuffed chicken among the dishes, and dishes made from wild plants that Amal grows and gathers herself. Everything is made at home from natural ingredients, and many dishes suit vegans. The meals are for groups and families who book ahead, and the villa takes celebrations and events of up to 50 guests. Its site says it works all year round.
