Moshav Beit Nekofa, Beit Nekofa

A kosher Asian restaurant at the edge of Moshav Beit Nekofa, looking out over the Jerusalem hills

Naya calls itself a mountain Asian restaurant: a kosher fusion kitchen at the edge of Moshav Beit Nekofa, overlooking the Jerusalem hills, that sets out to be a meeting point between East and West. The menu ranges across Asia, from sashimi, tuna tartare and sushi to Thai nams, Hong Kong gyoza and som tam, steamed buns with burgers, crispy chicken or slow-cooked beef under the name Nekofan, duck ramen and tom kha gai, and from the charcoal grill and the steamer salmon teriyaki, Vietnamese chicken and an entrecôte in a Korean pepper marinade. It has a private events room with its own open kitchen for up to 100 guests on any day of the week, and on Fridays the whole restaurant opens for events only, for up to 200. Dishes from the menu can be collected from the restaurant, and its accessibility arrangements include a ramp, accessible tables and an accessible toilet.
