The Falafel Baribua branch in the Sonol filling station at the Beit Oved junction, just west of Ness Ziona, with falafel fried to order in an open kitchen

Falafel Baribua's Beit Oved branch is in the Sonol filling station at the Beit Oved junction, and its Wolt page calls it an eat&go branch. The chain began in 1995 with one shop on Rothschild Street in Rishon LeZion, and its site lists 21 branches. Its founder and chief executive, Guy Yakar, writes there that the falafel is fried in front of the customer when it is ordered, that the kitchens are open to view and that the food is made every day at the chain's own production centre and sent to the branches each morning. The menu has falafel, sabich, shakshuka and omelette in a pita, hummus plates, chopped salads, chicken schnitzel and a plant-based shawarma it calls Shawala, with spelt or gluten-free pita for a few shekels more. The branch is open from Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 21:00 and on Friday until 15:00, and takes delivery orders through Wolt.
