By its own account it is five minutes' drive from the Harod stream, Gan HaShlosha, Gan Garoo, the Huga gardens and the antiquities of Beit She'an, and 20 minutes from the Sea of Galilee.

A large living room that opens into two beds, a full kitchen with a Shabbat hotplate and urn, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, and a balcony of about 35 m² with a pergola, seating for about ten and a barbecue. A storeroom on the ground floor takes buggies and bicycles.
It is on the third floor, with no lift.
