Mesubin is a kosher meat restaurant in a large, roomy dining room in the Paz complex at the entrance to Beit Shemesh. The menu runs from lahm bi'ajin and entrecote focaccia out of the brick taboon to hand-made hummus, skewers of chicken thigh and kebab, and Angus entrecote on a hot metal skewer, in large portions meant for sharing. It opens in the evening, from 18:00 to 23:00, and tables are booked by phone. The dining room and the terrace take private events of up to 90 guests, from sheva brachot to birthdays.
