Chupchik began as a small coffee cart in Moshav Beit Yehoshua and grew into a roastery; the cart stands at 1 HaRimon Street, next to the Alonit supermarket. Its site says the name honours the owner's grandfather Aryeh, a farmer who was among the founders of Beit Yehoshua, and that the business works with local suppliers and makers along the whole production chain. The team chooses the varieties, roasts every day and sells blends and single-origin beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil and Central America through its online shop, with delivery across the country and free delivery on orders above 250 shekels. Its beans are also sold at Samantha's wine bar in Tel Aviv's Carmel Market and at Argaz Lechem in Ein Vered, and its FAQ says they are kosher under the Even Yehuda rabbinate.
