Omnia is a Galilean chef's meat restaurant in the Dabbah Mall at the Karmiel West junction, at the entrance to Bi'ina and Deir al-Asad. Its booking page says it comes from Fadi Dabbah, of the Dabbah meat business, that its menu draws on the flavours and landscapes of the Galilee with an emphasis on local produce, and that chef Basel Mreisat brings Galilean tradition into contemporary cooking. The menu runs from house bread with muhammara and a souk salad of pressed Arab cheese to raw kid kubbeh, lamb shishbarak, Urfa kebab and Angus steaks, with bone-in cuts aged 45 days. It takes table bookings on Ontopo and opens every day at noon, closing at 22:00, or at midnight on Friday.
