11 Menachem Begin Street, Bnei Ayish

A small Tunisian sandwich restaurant on Menachem Begin Street in Bnei Ayish, run by Merav and Rami Sharvit, with baguettes baked on the spot.

This is a small meat and pareve sandwich restaurant at 11 Menachem Begin Street, near Kanot junction, run by Merav and Rami Sharvit; its site says Rami is a former DJ and radio presenter. The house sandwich fills a baguette baked on the premises with Tunisian tirshi salad, chuma pepper, ground preserved lemon, tuna, hard-boiled egg and potato, and its site says fresh baguettes come out of the oven almost every hour. The menu adds a schnitzel baguette, Tunisian mafroum, fish balls in chraime sauce, a zaalouk vegetable omelette, restaurant hummus and shakshuka made to order, and there are tables inside and outside. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 15:00, takes orders by phone and WhatsApp, and delivers in Bnei Ayish, Kanot junction and Park Re'em, and for a larger minimum order to Gedera, Gan Yavne and the villages around.
