Ohel HaGvinot is a new cheese deli at Drorim Mall, set up by Shmulik and Arthur, who between them have more than 30 years in the dairy trade, from making and importing cheese to advising delis and restaurants. It sells cheeses from Israel and abroad, with a focus on Italy, France, the Netherlands and Spain, alongside bruschettas, sauces, other delicacies and hosting platters made to order in any size. The council's tourism site places it in the yard by the picnic tables. Through the year it holds cheese workshops and tastings in the deli's garden, and in summer there is music on Thursday evenings.
