A bistro beside the water tower of Moshav Bnei Zion, open for more than a decade with long-running signature dishes, seasonal ones and local and imported wine

Gouje & Danielle is a bistro on Anshei Bereshit Street, beside the water tower of Moshav Bnei Zion. Its site says it opened more than a decade ago, when the Sharon barely existed as a place to eat out, with the aim of running a real restaurant outside Tel Aviv: uncompromising food, local and world wine and warm hospitality. The menu joins signature dishes that have stayed for years with seasonal ones that follow the farm produce around it. The classics on its July 2026 evening menu include a root-vegetable salad in citrus vinaigrette, strozzapreti with habanero and brown butter, chicken livers with caramelised onion, a 240-gram hamburger and a beef Wiener schnitzel. It serves lunch and dinner from Sunday to Friday, closes on Saturday, and takes table bookings through Tabit.
