A kosher meat restaurant in Moshav Bustan HaGalil, opened by chef Itai Hasson, that grills steaks and serves set meals of meat to the middle of the table

300 Gram is a kosher meat restaurant in Moshav Bustan HaGalil, opened by chef Itai Hasson, whose site speaks of a country atmosphere, warm hosting and fine meat, in the place where the eucalyptus trees meet the sea. The menu runs from starters such as aubergine charred on an open flame, arayes on tahini and amba and veal fillet carpaccio to mains served with rice, potatoes or chips: beef fillet, sirloin minute steak, entrecôte, veal and lamb kebabs, an entrecôte burger and a chicken thigh steak, with schnitzels or kebabs for children. Two set meals go to the middle of the table: a market meal for two with about 800 grams of meat, and a meat feast for four with about a kilo and a half. It hosts private and business events for 30 to 120 guests, from birthdays and bar mitzvahs to team days, and can close the whole restaurant for one. It opens Sunday to Thursday from 12:30 to 22:00 and takes bookings through Tabit.
