Sushi House is in Peretz Center mall, on the road between Dimona and Eilat, and by its own account serves both people from the town and travellers who stop on the way. The menu is the work of Moshe Azulay, a chef from Dimona. Alongside the sushi, in rolls, sushi sandwiches and poke bowls, the kitchen makes wok dishes such as pad kra pao and red curry, bao buns, gyoza, soups and salads. Guests order at a counter and sit in the mall's shared food court, and the restaurant delivers in Dimona and as far as Yeruham, Arad and the army bases around them.
