A pop-up wine shop in Kibbutz Dvir that opens once a week, selling wines from Israel and abroad chosen by a former wine trade professional.

Yayin Tov Karov, which also goes by The Wine Way, is a pop-up wine shop in Kibbutz Dvir that opens once a week and offers wines from Israel and abroad at reasonable prices to people who live in the area and to passers-by. Its wines are picked by Smadar Ben Avi, who by her own account spent about a decade tasting, training staff, marketing and selling wine to restaurants, including eight years in charge of restaurant accounts and a stint as wine category manager at an importer, before opening the shop in 2023. Its online list for autumn 2026 runs from white, red and rosé to sparkling, orange and dessert wines, Israeli and from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Greece, Argentina and New Zealand, and it delivers to the council's communities and the area for 30 shekels on orders over 250 shekels. Its customer club sends news of wine tastings, festivals and wine courses. The council's business index says its opening hours are published from time to time, usually on Thursdays and Fridays, and that wines can be collected midweek by arrangement.
