Dolev 55 is a private compound of 2.5 dunams in the middle of Moshav Dvora, between the Gilboa, the Jezreel Valley and Afula, with four designed suites of 50 and 60 square metres and a villa set among olive trees. Each suite has its own kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a large rain shower, and the first two have a sunken jacuzzi; the villa has two bedrooms, a lounge that seats about twenty and a pergola with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue. The surf pool is covered and heated to 34 degrees in winter and between seasons, beside a jacuzzi for seven and a dry Finnish sauna, and the spa gives combined, Swedish and aromatherapy massages, reflexology, shiatsu and watsu. Breakfast and a private chef can be ordered, and the site offers the whole compound for families, groups, team-building days, workshops and pre-wedding preparations.

On Saturdays it comes without omelettes, with hard-boiled eggs, vegetable pie and small sabich sandwiches, and jachnun can be ordered ahead at extra cost.
