Ayana is a coffee cart at the entrance to Kibbutz Ein HaNatziv, a few minutes from the main road, started by two friends who met after their families moved to the kibbutz, one an interior designer and the other a nurse, as its Coffee Trail listing tells it. The name comes from the Ein HaNatziv spring by the kibbutz gate, about sixty metres from the cart. It serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches, shakes and acai bowls, with kubaneh and a changing choice of pastries on Fridays, and has gluten-free and vegan options. The cart stands on a large lawn with fish ponds, looking out at the Jordan and the hills beyond, and the listing names the White Waterfalls, the Kibbutzim stream and Beit She'an National Park among the sights within a quarter of an hour's drive. The rural lodging of nearby Kibbutz Tirat Zvi lists it among the places it recommends to guests.
