A branch of the Rosh HaAyin family bakery founded in 1980, in El'ad's Rimon Center, with breads, pastries, taboon bakes and cream cakes from six in the morning

Hakfar Bakery was founded in 1980 by Rafael Levi, and its site says his children Kfir and Daniel now run it with the same recipes. The chain's site lists two shops in El'ad, this one in the Rimon Center on Shimon ben Shetach Street and another at Nahalat Yitzhak on Yehuda HaNasi Street, both open Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 22:00 and on Friday until two hours before Shabbat begins. The chain's menu runs from cream cakes, cookies and rugelach to taboon pizzas, sambusak, borekas and focaccia, and from challah and sourdough loaves to pitas, lachuch and frena, with sandwiches, toasts and salads made to order. On Thursdays and Fridays it lists jachnun and kubaneh, and on Fridays hilbe, skhug and the house hummus. The chain's main phone line is 1-700-55-77-66.
