A family estate winery on its own farm in Moshav Emunim, open to the public for a Friday brunch with its wines

70 Winery is the Zohar family's estate winery in Moshav Emunim, on the coastal plain between Ashdod and Ashkelon. Shimon Zohar, the winemaker, made its first wine from the 2018 harvest; the family planted its own vineyards on the farm two years later, and the winery now makes its wines there from start to finish, among them a Sauvignon Blanc aged in a clay amphora and 21 Rows, a blend of Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc from 21 rows of vines planted for it. On Fridays from 10:00 to 15:00 it serves a dairy brunch to the middle of the table at 105 shekels a person, booked ahead, with its wines by the glass, the bottle or as a tasting; it also hosts events at the winery.
