Gutale opened in 2011 on HaMeyasdim Street, in the centre of Even Yehuda, as a café, a restaurant and a boutique patisserie, and its site says the room is decorated as an "exotic seaside holiday". It serves breakfast all day, from a classic breakfast with sourdough breads to eggs Benedict on house brioche and shakshuka, and lunch and dinner dishes such as couscous with vegetable soup, cheese lasagne, schnitzel in its own challah and grilled salmon. Its patisserie bakes mousse cakes, pies, cookies and sweet and savoury pastries every morning, to eat there or take home, along with sourdough loaves and, on Fridays, challah. There is seating indoors and on an open balcony, and its site points to seating islands for working on a laptop. Wolt takes orders from it from 8:00 to 22:00, and until 15:00 on Fridays.
