Cacao HaGalil is the chocolate studio and boutique of Hana, a chocolatier who studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and worked for five years at Jacques Torres Chocolates, the last of them as chocolate production manager, before making aliyah in 2020 and settling in the north. Its site says every piece is made by hand from the best raw materials, without preservatives, and its listing on the Western Galilee tourism association's site says the chocolate is made with goat's milk, alongside a range of vegan dark chocolate. It sells single chocolates and gift boxes for holidays and for businesses, and runs chocolate workshops of an hour and a half in its studio, from a beginners' class for children over four, adults, families and teams at 120 shekels a person to a praline class at 180, most of which can be adapted for vegans and diabetics, and it hosts birthday parties. The shop is among the shops of Kibbutz Evron, and its products are kosher mehadrin under the Nahariya rabbinate.
