Antheia is a meat restaurant and bistro in the village of Fassuta in the Upper Galilee, with a cocktail bar and a view of the Galilee hills. Its site tells how Rakad Dakwar, while still a student, ran a pizzeria that its owner had opened in Fassuta, then bought it and rebuilt it as the restaurant he had pictured; he now runs it with his brother Raed, who trained as a chef. The menu mixes dishes from several kitchens with Eastern touches: Angus burgers, lamb chops, shrimp, pasta and salads such as a chef-style tabbouleh, with dairy, vegetarian and vegan dishes beside the meat. The bar pours cocktails, boutique wines, draught beer and spirits, and guests can sit at the bar facing the open kitchen, on a balcony facing the hills or in an outdoor smoking area. It takes table bookings and runs its own delivery and pickup from its website.
