A boutique café at 20 HaCarmel Street in Ganei Tikva, with hand-made Turkish bourekas, focaccia sandwiches and brownies of its own.

Cafe HaKerem is, in the words of its Wolt page, a boutique café, and it takes orders there on every day of the week from 20 HaCarmel Street. The menu opens with hand-made Turkish bourekas and goes on to sandwiches and Roman focaccias, among them a Tunisian one with tuna salad, preserved lemon and harissa, a caprese and one with truffle manchego and artichoke, beside toasts on tin loaf, a Greek salad, a caprese salad and a house muesli. The pastry side has butter, chocolate and almond croissants, a cinnamon roll, Italian sfogliatelle, Basque cheesecake, carrot and orange cakes and what the menu calls the famous brownies of HaKerem, sold by the square or by the whole strip. It also sells sliced sourdough loaves from the Teller bakery in Jerusalem, Hausbrandt coffee beans, matcha and fresh-squeezed juices.
