Cafe Am is a coffee cart that Hagai Hillel set up in the middle of Moshav Givat Hen, and its Coffee Trail page says most of what it sells is made from local produce. The regional council's tourism site placed it opposite the moshav's pool in the shade of the trees and called Hagai a fourth-generation son of Givat Hen, with a playground for toddlers and outdoor fitness equipment beside the cart, and musicians who play there from time to time. The menu runs to salads, muesli, acai bowls, pizzas, toasts and sandwiches, among them artichoke alla romana in a pretzel roll and a feta and beetroot sandwich with green apple, with cheesecakes and pastries, vegan and gluten-free choices and specials on Fridays. It also takes orders through Wolt.
