Menta fuel station, 1 HaRimon Street, Giv'at Ze'ev

A kosher sushi bar and wok kitchen at the Menta fuel station in Giv'at Ze'ev, where Toyo began before opening in Ramot.

Toyo is a sushi bar and wok kitchen at the Menta fuel station in Giv'at Ze'ev. Its own story says it was opened for its public in Giv'at Ze'ev, and a second branch now runs at the Ramot Mall in Jerusalem. Its site describes an intimate room of about 40 seats with dim lights and a minimalist design, rolls built by hand just before they are served, wok dishes tossed over the fire and sauces made on the premises. The kitchen keeps strict kashrut, the restaurant is open Sunday to Thursday from noon to midnight, and its sushi chef also comes to homes and events with platters, sushi boats and a sushi cake.

Sources disagree on these hours

Its own site gives Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 to midnight, for this branch and says nothing of Friday or Saturday. Its ordering page on Mishloha also takes orders on Saturday night from 19:45 to midnight; those are ordering hours, so Saturday is left unconfirmed here.
