Fibi's Kitchen was set up by three of Grandma Fibi's grandchildren, Ran, Nir and Dana, as a restaurant of authentic home cooking, and its menu was chosen with Fibi herself from dozens of her recipes. The dishes are the ones they grew up on at her table: matbucha, spicy tomato salad, tahini and homemade challah, meatballs, roast chicken, beef roast and couscous with vegetables. Ready food is sold by weight, from Iraqi kebab and stuffed vegetables to kubbeh and fish in a spicy sauce. On Fridays it holds a food fair of more than 50 kinds of dishes, breads and cakes, and it takes orders for the weekend and the holidays.
