Nina is the coffee cart of pastry chef Maya Elharar, in an old olive grove in the middle of Moshav Hagor. Its site calls it a white, pastoral corner and a country escape facing nature, and lists what it serves: coffee, pastries baked fresh every day, sandwiches, salads and natural juices. The same brand runs a café at the culture centre in Rosh HaAyin and sells sweet and savoury catering trays through the site. On the cart's Coffee Trail page Maya, who lives in the moshav, says she trained as a pastry chef after years as a body psychotherapist, and that the cart was built by hand in a neglected grove that became a white, flowering garden. It is open from Sunday to Friday and closed on Saturday.
