Juha is a dairy restaurant on the summit of Har Gilo, beside the field school, facing the mountain views, with a wooden deck for small events of up to 70 seated. The kitchen, under chef Netanel Baruchiyim, serves breakfasts, main dishes, fresh pastas, salads, desserts and specials. The restaurant is named after Major Yochai 'Juha' Kalangel of the Givati Brigade, who fell on Mount Dov on 28 January 2015, and it shares its space with Derech HaGan, the therapeutic plant nursery of the Beit David association, which gives work and sheltered housing to women with special needs; Juha sells its seedlings without profit.
