Barbi Cakes is a boutique confectioner on HaHistadrut Street in Holon whose site says it was the first of its kind to sell designed cakes without an order in advance, from a stock kept in the shop. It also takes custom orders, and makes mousse cakes, number cakes, cupcakes, bento cakes and dessert boxes, with cakes for birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, gender reveals, weddings and army call-ups. It is open Sunday to Friday and delivers.
