Mifgash Tzameret was the first restaurant to open in the Tzameret buildings on Sokolov Street, and by its own account one of the first in Holon, with more than 40 years behind it. It serves Middle Eastern food built around skewers: turkey, chicken and lamb shawarma, steaks, home-style stews, fresh salads and soups. The room seats up to 60, a big screen shows the sport, and it takes small family parties such as birthdays. It closes for Shabbat and opens again on Saturday night.
