Rambla is a chef's restaurant, cocktail bar and event space in the Amot Campus building on HaRokmim Street. Chef Tzahi Malul's menu is up-to-date Mediterranean fusion, from stone-oven focaccia and raw fish to steaks and sea bass, and its menu marks the vegan and gluten-free dishes. The cocktails are mixologist Gabi Gershator's, made by the season. It opens from late morning on weekdays, on Saturday night from 19:00, and hosts private events of up to 100 guests at lunchtime, Sunday to Friday.
