Adelina is a chef restaurant in a stone house on Kibbutz Kabri that served in the kibbutz's early days as its culture house, built with the compensation its founders received for Beit HaArava, the settlement they left after heavy fighting in the War of Independence. Its site says it is among the oldest chef restaurants in the north and one of the first in the Western Galilee, the idea of the restaurateur Ilan Oppenheimer, owner of the Penguin café and restaurant in Nahariya, and of Adelina, a member of the kibbutz. The kitchen cooks Mediterranean food with Spanish touches around a taboon in the middle of the room: a tapas spread for two, steaks and other meats, sea fish and seafood, and desserts from its own pastry kitchen, with wines from Galilee wineries only. The room has stone pillars and wooden beams, a vine-covered terrace with a view from Rosh HaNikra to the Carmel, olive trees, a herb garden and a private room for up to 14, and it seats up to 240 in summer and 110 in winter.
