Truck BaMoshava Mekorah is the sister of the coffee cart in Bat Shlomo, and the regional tourism association's page says two childhood friends set it up at Mekorah Farm, an organic farm with a visitor centre, a family olive press that works in the harvest season and a shop for the farm's produce. The cart stands in a grove on the slopes of Mount Carmel, under vines and mulberry trees, with an air-conditioned room beside it for summer heat and winter rain. Next to it is Tam's Orchard, a farm planted in memory of Captain Tam Farkash, a pilot killed in the Second Lebanon War, and the hyssop in its Bouche cheese sandwich is picked there. The menu it shares with the Bat Shlomo cart runs to croissant and rustic-bread sandwiches, salads, burekas, gelato and coffee, with pizzas from Tuesday to Thursday afternoon.
