Shemen Yogev is the Yogev family's olive farm and boutique oil press in Moshav Kfar Ahim, on the farm of Nachum and Malka Ganz, who were among the founders of the moshav in 1949; Eli and Ilana Yogev came back to run it in 1990. The family grows its own olives and presses extra virgin oil from several varieties at the farm in the harvest season; its oils have won gold medals at Terraolivo and EVO IOOC. Through the year visitors can buy oil and farm produce at the farm shop, taste the oils, and come as a group for a tour by arrangement. Its coffee cart, Olivan, serves coffee, sandwiches, salads, local cheeses, wine and spreads, in dishes built on the farm's own produce, with seating in the shade of the olive trees, covered and air-conditioned seating areas, and a large protected room in the visitors' centre.

The shop opens Sunday to Thursday by appointment by phone and on Friday 09:00 to 14:00, and is closed on Saturday. Its site says the Olivan cart's hours may change from week to week in September to November, the olive-harvest season; the council's business index also gives the cart Thursday evenings, 18:00 to 22:30.
