A village restaurant in the centre of Kfar Kama, one of Israel's two Circassian villages, cooking Turkish-style and Circassian dishes

Anatolia is a village restaurant in the centre of Kfar Kama, close to the old lanes of the Circassian village. According to Kfar Kama's tourism site, its menu is long and Turkish in style: salads, meat dishes, pastries baked in a taboon oven, Circassian dishes and desserts, in large portions at popular prices. Groups of more than 20 can book it outside its opening hours, and kosher dishes can be ordered ahead from a kosher caterer. In 2019 the tourism site listed it as open Monday to Friday from 18:00 to 22:00 and on Saturday from 13:00 to 22:00, and closed on Sunday.
