Cafederatzia is a café and restaurant on the renovated HaMeyasdim Street, in the heart of Kfar Tavor's pastoral HaMeyasdim neighbourhood, with a plaza and a covered, air-conditioned terrace around an olive tree and a designed room inside, whose windows look onto the open yard and the village. Its site says the cooking rests on local produce from the farms of the area, from Galilee cheeses to the region's wine and olive oil, and the menu runs from breakfasts and starters through fresh salads, pastas and burgers to vegan dishes and desserts, with dairy, meat and gluten-free choices and dish names such as "a sandwich is no shame". The bar pours coffee, wine from the area's wineries, draught beer and cocktails, and each month a different winery's wines are on the list. Its site puts the look at a rural Galilee feel with a touch of European small towns, and lists an outdoor garden, free parking, a private room, events, takeaway and delivery. It is open every day, on Saturday from noon.
