HaBokrim (the Cowboys) is a steakhouse in the Kiryon mall in Kiryat Bialik, with a sister branch in Haifa. Its story page says Hana and Yossi Tochner were inspired by a hundred-year-old roadside inn where they stayed on a jeep trip through the Arizona desert, and that in 1995 Yossi Tochner built a copy of it, with the look of the Wild West and a menu of meat. The grill turns out aged entrecôte, sirloin and veal fillet from the Golan Heights, lamb chops, kebabs and chicken skewers, beside stews, schnitzels, salads and hummus plates, and the site says there are vegetarian and vegan dishes too. From Sunday to Thursday between 12:00 and 17:00 a business lunch takes 10% off the menu, and the restaurant hosts events for up to 200 guests.
