Restaurant

20 Derekh HaDarom, I-Solomon compound, Kiryat Gat

An Italian dairy bistro in the I-Solomon compound on Derekh HaDarom, with breakfast in the morning and taboon breads, pizza and pasta in the evening.

Capresa was opened by Liron and Ben Asor, a couple who run businesses and live in Kiryat Gat, with chef Adi Levi, who cooked before in Assaf Granit's Machneyuda group, according to a Kipa review of November 2025. Kipa calls it an Italian bistro that serves breakfasts and becomes a dairy restaurant in the evening, with starters, salads, pasta, pizza and desserts alongside wine and cocktails. The review describes a wide courtyard, a roomy dining room and a bar joined to the open kitchen, and a meal that opens with breads from the taboon. It takes table bookings through Tabit.
