Pizzeria Toscana began in 2009, and by its own account built its name on pizza from fresh dough made on site every day, a sauce of its own recipe and 100% Emek yellow cheese. It has two branches, this one at 44 Ussishkin Street and one at 9 Ahi Eilat Street in Kiryat Haim. Besides personal and family pizzas on a thin or thick base and six special pizzas, its menu has pastas in a choice of sauces, salads cut on the spot, Yemenite dishes such as malawach, jachnun and ziva, sambusak and calzone, desserts, and a new gluten-free personal pizza. Orders go by phone, through its own ordering site or its app, and it is on the Kiryat Motzkin religious council's kosher list.
